Carrie J. Sullivan has been a proud member of The Factory since 2004, and the Executive Director since the beginning of 2008. While she did participate in various high school theater activities (she's pretty sure she Vice President of the Drama Club at some point), she did not actually plan to do anything with theater in her adult life. She began stage managing and assistant stage managing for Hi-Volt and Defiant Theaters (now both defunct, r.i.p.) before finding her home with The Factory. She has worked in various capacities on several Factory classics, including "Among the Dead", "Being At Choice", "Top Shelf...", "Menage a Trailor", "G.I.s in Europre" and "Siskel and Ebert Save Chicago", from assistant stage managing, to playing and/or tracking bass lines, to producing. She is thrilled to be at the helm of such a dynamic and incredibly talented ensemble.
