Shannon hails from Carbondale, IL and is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago, with a B.A. in Theater. Shannon has been a member of Factory's ensemble since 2003 and performed in a handful of shows including Dragon Tales, Dick Danger and most recently, Janice Dutts Goes To Life Camp.
